Production and dispatch times
We do our utmost to prepare your order as quickly as possible.
Please allow 3 to 5 working days before dispatch, whilst we personalise each by BULLSEYE creation with the utmost care (engraving, finishing, quality control, etc.).
For bespoke EZARR creations, the lead time may be slightly longer depending on the scale of the project — we will keep you informed if a specific lead time applies to your order.

These delivery times are indicative and provided as estimates by our carriers; they may vary during busy periods or in the event of logistical issues.

Delivery tracking
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can track its journey in real time.
If you have chosen collection from a pick-up point or a locker:
- you’ll be notified by email as soon as your parcel is ready for collection,
- a reminder will be sent if you are late collecting it,
- after a holding period (5 calendar days with Mondial Relay, 7 calendar days with Shop2Shop), the parcel is automatically returned to us.
In this case, the carrier will charge us a return fee. You will then be charged for the return of your collected parcel: postage costs plus any penalties applied by the carrier.

Postage charges
Shipping costs cover preparation, packaging and transport. Preparation costs are fixed; transport costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel.
Doing our bit for the planet: we use recycled packaging and padding. Your order is still perfectly protected throughout the journey.
