Every day, thousands of tins end up in the bin. By BULLSEYE gives them a new lease of life by fitting them with a lid made from natural, FSC-certified beech wood — 100% recyclable and plastic-free. Whether as a storage tin, a gift box or a decorative item, your tin can become whatever you want it to be.
Each lid can be laser-engraved (first name, text, icon, logo) for a unique and charming finish.
Given the huge quantities of tins thrown away every day, we came up with the idea of transforming them into useful and decorative boxes by crafting a lid to seal them. This upcycled tin has a wide range of uses: as a storage box, a gift box or a decorative piece…
These lids are handmade from natural beech wood certified by the FSC (responsible forest management). We have chosen to avoid plastic, which is problematic for the environment, and to opt for wood, a 100 per cent recyclable material.
Beech wood also has a naturally warm appearance, which blends beautifully with a wide range of materials and colours. This is why it’s perfect for the top of a tin, whether it’s covered in paint, decorative paper, glitter… or any other colour! If you wish, you can also paint or varnish your lid yourself.
Our wooden lids can also be personalised via laser engraving: a first name, text, icon or logo makes each lid unique and charming.
Please note: our lids only fit on tins without sharp edges, i.e. those opened with a special smooth-edge tin opener. Don’t have one? Don’t worry: we also offer tins on their own, ready to use, with or without their lids.
