Our donation box gives your cause the visibility it deserves, and as it can be reused from one fundraising campaign to the next, it becomes a familiar sight for your supporters.

What occasions is it suitable for?

Raffles, charity galas, school fetes, bingo nights, car boot sales, Christmas markets: your charity collection box is suitable for every event. It also has a place in everyday life, at the reception area of a public venue, at a sports club’s refreshment stand, or near the till of a partner shop that supports your cause. A bespoke engraving to reflect your identity

The natural beech wood lid is pyrographed to your specifications: your organisation’s logo, the project name, a description of the current initiative, a pictogram…

How does the customisation work?

1. When placing your order, describe your engraving requirements (and the colour if you have chosen ‘other colour’) in the field provided. Remember to click ‘Save’ before adding to your basket.
2. Send your graphic files (logo, pictogram) to info@pulsai.com.
3. You’ll receive a design proposal by email within 24 hours.
4. Once you’ve approved it, your box will be made within 3 to 4 days.

A genuine communication tool

Your donation box does more than just collect donations: it tells the story of your cause. If you choose the‘unfinished’ version, the sides can be decorated with a sticker in your colours: the fundraising target, your campaign visuals, your organisation’s contact details…

Two options:

• you can apply your own sticker, for example on models with smooth sides (L5, XL3), which make application easier;
• we can have the stickers printed for you – for orders of 50 boxes or more, at an additional cost (subject to quotation).

Available sizes

Ribbed or smooth? Smooth sides (L5, XL3) are best if you wish to print directly onto the tin, for example with a sticker. Ribbed sides give the tin a more authentic look.

Choice of colours

White, black, yellow, orange, red, pink, apple green, forest green, aqua blue, safety blue, grey – see photo slideshow.
Unfinished option: unpainted tin, to decorate yourself.

Fixed or removable lid: for safety or convenience

• Removable lid: it lifts off for easy access to donations. Ideal for regular collections.
• Fixed lid: a real deterrent against theft, perfect for a secure money box left on a counter or in a high-traffic area.

Two options for collecting donations:

• single use: the box opens simply from the bottom using a standard can opener;
• reusable: we can supply you with a special opening tool (price on request), which allows you to reopen and reuse the box as often as you like, collection after collection.

An eco-friendly collection box, made in France

Collecting for a good cause with an item that respects the planet is a no-brainer. Your donation box is handmade in France, in our workshop in Maine-et-Loire:

• reuse of tin cans, meaning less waste;
• zero plastic, by design;
• a low carbon footprint, unlike money boxes that are usually imported;
• 100% recyclable metal and wood .

Composition: metal (reused tin cans) and natural beech wood.
Production time: 3 to 4 days after the engraving has been approved.

Frequently asked questions

Which size should I choose for my donation box?
For a counter or a small space, sizes L2 and L5 are discreet. For a collection point that needs to be visible at an event, the XL3, XXL1 and XXL2 sizes can be spotted from a distance.

Can I have my organisation’s logo engraved on it?
Yes, please email it to info@pulsai.com. We’ll adapt it for engraving and send you a proposal before production.

Is the donation box secure?
Yes, with the fixed lid, donations cannot be accessed from the top. For a one-off collection, the box opens from the bottom using a standard can opener. To reuse it, we offer a specialised opening tool (price on request).

Can you print stickers for our boxes?
Yes, for any order of at least 50 boxes. This option is available at an additional cost: please contact us at info@pulsai.com for a quote.

Can I decorate the box myself?
Yes, choose the ‘unfinished’ version: the box is delivered unpainted, ready to be customised in your own colours.
